By purchasing Products through our Website, you are agreeing to the Terms of Purchase, and in return, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, modify, brand, and resell the Products to your own customers.

You must at minimum, change the cover photo, change the name of the product, and create your own listing description and images. I strongly recommend you edit the product to make it uniquely yours. Depending on the platform you sell on, they may have other policies on selling duplicate and PLR content. We are unable to advise on policies for the different platforms. Please reach out to them directly with any questions for guidance if you are unsure what they allow before purchasing our products. You are responsible for ensuring that your resale practices comply with the policies of any platform you choose to use to sell your product (e.g. Etsy, Shopify, Creative Fabrica etc).Seller is not liable for any damages from the use of the product by the buyer or their customers.

You are permitted to use the Products for your own personal use, including printing or using them in your own life or business without reselling.

You may sell the Products as your own and retain 100% of the profits under the following conditions:

✅ You may:

• Modify, rebrand, and sell the Products as digital downloads in your business as long as you agree to adhere to all state and federal laws and intellectual property terms contained in these Terms. You agree to modify the Products only in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Sell on your own website or through permitted platforms.
• Add your own branding
• Use the Products for your own personal use.

❌ You may not:

• Sell or share the original editable template/source files/my link (e.g., Canva templates, PSDs, etc.), even if you make modifications to it.
• Give away the product for free or as a freebie/opt-in.
• Claim ownership of this template/PDF. You cannot apply for a trademark or copyright on this template/PDF or any of it’s components.
• Sell or transfer the PLR license/MRR (Master Resell Rights), or commercial rights to the product.
• You cannot use my name or branding on any of your products or content.
• Use the Products in any way that violates intellectual property laws or promotes harm, hate, unethical, or illegal activities.

Platform Restrictions:

You may sell the final branded product on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, or your own website, but you are responsible for ensuring that your resale practices comply with the policies of any platform you choose to use to sell your product (e.g. Etsy, Shopify, Creative Fabrica etc).

You may not upload or sell the unedited PLR files on public marketplaces that are intended for PLR resale (e.g., Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, etc.).

Pricing:

You are free to set your own price, but please do not undercut the market by selling the product for less then other products on the market.

Trademark and Copyright Responsibility:

While I have checked for existing trademarks and copyrights on phrases, verses, quotes and words used in this product, it is the responsibility of the Licensee to conduct their own research and ensure that any phrases, quotes or words used for resale do not infringe on the rights of others. All phrases, verses, quotes and words used in this product are either in the Public Domain or I have checked for existing trademarks with the U.S. Copyright Office. All graphics and fonts used in all of my products are free for commercial use; however, the Licensee must check for trademarks in their own location, as laws and regulations may vary.

Limitation Of Liability:

The Licensor is not responsible or will be held liable for any issues, disputes or penalties that arise from the Licensee’s use of the product including, but not limited to violations of platform policies, terms of service or disputes with third parties. The Licensee assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with the policies and regulations of any platform on which they choose to sell or distribute the product. By downloading this product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Attribution is not required, but it is always appreciated.
